Pearl Homes

At Pearl Homes, we are pushing the barriers of sustainability and revolutionizing green building practices in our affordable and workforce housing development projects. Pearl Homes, founded by Marshall Gobuty, focuses on building zero-energy single-family homes and multi-family units that meet at the intersection of affordability and sustainability. In working closely with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and other third-party verifiers, our communities are the first production-built homes that are not only attainable but represent the pinnacle of sustainability. At the November 2019 Greenbuild Conference in Chicago, then USGBC President and CEO Mahesh Ramanujam announced that our model in our Research and Design Center was the world’s very first LEED Zero Energy residential home to be certified by the USGBC—an honor that represents the tremendous effort and commitment of our team to making an impact on our environment.
