We may also collect information from agents, brokers, builders, developers, service providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, public sources, business partners, and third-party tools used to operate the platform.

5. Leads and Partner-Specific Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry through a project page, agent page, builder page, iframe, landing page, or NEO-powered tool, we may share that inquiry with the relevant agent, broker, builder, developer, sales team, or partner connected to that inquiry.

NEO is not in the business of selling partner-specific leads to unrelated competitors as a data broker. We may process lead and inquiry data to operate the platform, route inquiries, provide analytics and reporting, prevent fraud, improve services, comply with law, and enforce agreements.

6. Iframes and Embedded Tools

NEO may provide iframe tools, embedded widgets, forms, landing pages, or similar technology that appears on third-party websites, including agent or partner websites.

When you interact with a NEO-powered iframe or embedded tool, NEO may collect information about your interaction, including inquiry details, technical data, usage data, attribution data, and consent preferences.

The website where the iframe appears may have its own privacy policy and cookie practices. NEO is responsible for NEO-controlled technology and data processing as described in this Privacy Policy. The website owner is responsible for its own website, privacy notices, marketing practices, and tracking technologies.

7. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and NEO Pixel

We use cookies and similar technologies for service operation, security, fraud prevention, consent management, lead routing, basic attribution, analytics, reporting, product improvement, and, where permitted, advertising, retargeting, and cross-site attribution.

We may implement a proprietary NEO Pixel or similar technology for operational, analytics, and attribution purposes.

Where required by law, we do not activate non-essential analytics, advertising, retargeting, or cross-site attribution technologies unless you have provided consent or another valid legal basis applies. We do not sell SMS opt-in data or SMS consent status. We do not share SMS opt-in data or SMS consent status with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, lead generation, or unrelated purposes.

Agents, brokers, builders, developers, and partners are responsible for their own communications with you and for complying with applicable communication, telemarketing, privacy, consumer protection, and real estate laws.

9. AI, Translation, and Data Enrichment

We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, translation tools, data enrichment, standardization, classification, and similar technologies to operate, improve, translate, display, organize, and enhance project information, listing data, lead data, analytics, and platform content.

AI-assisted, translated, enriched, or standardized content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Users, agents, builders, and developers should independently verify important real estate information before relying on it.

10. How We Share Personal Information

We may share personal information with:

• agents, brokers, builders, developers, sales teams, or partners connected to your inquiry;
• service providers that host, operate, secure, analyze, or support our platform;
• payment processors and billing providers;
• analytics and advertising providers, subject to consent and legal requirements;

• legal, compliance, accounting, and professional advisors;
• regulators, courts, law enforcement, or government authorities where required or permitted by law;

We do not sell partner-specific lead data to unrelated competitors as a data broker.

The categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, except where sharing is necessary to provide SMS/text messaging services. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or SMS consent status with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, lead generation, or unrelated purposes.
