WE ARE TRATON HOMES – NEW HOME BUILDERS IN ATLANTA AND FLORIDA

A renowned architect once said, “Home is the treasure chest of living.” We couldn’t agree more. Traton-built homes are where cherished memories are made and treasured for generations to come.

Founded in 1971 by brothers Bill and Milburn Poston, Traton Homes is one of metro Atlanta’s oldest home building companies. As proud new home builders in Atlanta, we’re also one of the most innovative, combining traditional building practices with a passion for the latest systems and styles. From full-featured townhomes and 55+ active adult homes, to coastal homes in Florida, we build outstanding quality and value into every Traton home.

Family-owned Traton Homes is headquartered in Marietta, Georgia. In the Atlanta area, you’ll find our communities in Cobb and Cherokee Counties. In Florida, we will be building along the panhandle in Bay and Walton Counties.

Our roots run deep in metro Atlanta where we’ve become an integral part of the community. We’ve been honored with numerous civic and industry awards over the years. Our proudest achievement as new home builders in Atlanta is that countless homeowners have chosen us for a second, or even a third new home. We’re also known as an employer of choice, and take pride in the loyalty of our team members.
