COMMITTED TO THE CONTRACT PRICE
Some builders take advantage of market changes or material increases to charge you more for a home even after you’ve signed a contract. We have never included price escalation clauses in our contracts. Even if our costs go up while building your home, we stand by the price we committed to. We do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.
