Founded in 1976 by Irving and Melvin Schottenstein, and guided by Irving’s drive to always “treat the customer right,” we’ve fulfilled the dreams of over 120,000 homeowners, and grown to become one of the nation’s leading homebuilders.

Warranty Commitment. We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty package: a one-year, foundation-to-rooftop service warranty; all the manufacturer’s warranties on what’s built into the home, and one of the industry’s leading long term Transferable Structural Warranties.
